I'm leasing my BMW :fail through them. No documentation fee and best overall price, plus very good service so far.

Yup, they're very good. Especially the parts dept. :thumb:

Agree with everything said so far. Bought my current car from them; while still recovering from accident in previous car, nothing was too much trouble, bringing car 22 miles to let wife see the car and then returning later with paperwork, etc.

Although I had been a customer of John R. Weir for more than 10 years, the current franchisee wanted a deposit of £200 to bring a car to let us see it. Apart from all that has been said, E-W's service costs are less than at my local dealership or those in the Glasgow area. Even though the local dealership is within a mile of us, I will continue to use Eastern-Western.

Incidentally when I went with a friend to negotiate the purchase of a Toyota from them, I we found them equally courteous and helpful as well as being prepared to negotiate a better deal than other local dealerships.

They are the best in Scotland by a country mile. Glasgow dealers are awful.
