EGR insufficient flow

I had some issues with limp mode and my indie diagnosed a faulty EGR valve and replaced it back in January.

I am now getting the EML come on now and again (no limp mode).

What might be causing this code to come up knowing that the EGR itself is good?

Could be one of several things - I would get it back to Indy and get STAR on it.
