electric mirror joystick

I pulled mine appart trying to replace the bulb and all the springs came out and its a mess so i need a new one. Merc say they only sell the complete unit with the 4 window switches and the mirror adjustment swtich and cost £160 ish. I only want the joystick unit and it ealsiy unplugs from the console, surely i must be able get just this switch in it own? anyone replaced just the mirror switch? have any info?
Its on 94 W124 E200, but it's the same as on the C-class for sure as i have seen it on them, and i'm sure it's prob the same part as used on most models.

I seem to remember about £15-£18 from a dealers. I was too cheap to buy one when its just a blown bulb.
