Electric Window Question

Hi All

Have just got back from 2 weeks hols to find my C230K had a flat battery!! I have now got the car working again but have a minor irritation with the drivers window. Prior to dead battery the window had the one touch option to open and close - now this only works for opening the window. When you close it you have to press the button the whole time ... not the end of the world but just really annoying!! It is still working fine in both directions on the passenger side.

Any ideas how to fix - have looked in handbook and found nothing useful.

Any assistance much appreciated as always.

Try re-setting the windows.

Brilliant - easy when you know how! Just tried it and all sorted :bannana:
Many Thanks - it was driving me nuts as I am so used to it normally shutting fully and so kept walking off and leaving it half open.

No problem Lynne you are welcome.

Do you also know that if your windows are open you can come out of the car and hold the lock button on your keyfob aimed at the drivers door handle any open windows will close.

This also works in reverse, if you want to open your windows when getting into the car you would hold the unlock button on your keyfob and the windows will open.

Struggled to get it to work first of all but now worked it out ... cool
