...All not working since I replaced the drivers electric window switch. (W209)

I was trying to fix it for 4 hours tonight checked all the wiring, refittied the door pod many times and checked all the fuses but it seems that there is no power going to the driver’s door at all... :(

I really don’t want to go to the stealers as I know they will just start to swap out every part at huge cost until they stumble upon a fix but the windows don’t work along with everything else that it controlled via the drivers door...

Is there something that connects or earths the door pod when it is refitted to allow power to the door... I'm at a loss any advice would be much appreciated

Cheers

I have this problem with my 208, a short term fix for me is to have the car turned on(Not necessarily running) then remove and refit the fuse a couple of times. This seems to jog the switch ito life!

Thanks for the info as I just visually check every fuse in the car for a break. as I didnt find the actual fuse because the ref chart is in german. I understand that my car is a W209 but perhaps there are similarities therefore what fuse do you remove?

Quick update... The car required a new door control module MA 2098202026 which I easily fitted myself... :)
