Electric windows take 5 minutes to work

Every time i start MY02 500ML, it takes 5 minutes before i can operate the windows or sunroof, everything else works, then for no reason the windows and roof work fine until i park up again. Its driving me nuts ...any ideas ??

Solved......it was the "comfort" realy slowly giving up, checked it by swapping with another identical relay (rear window wash) and everything works..no delays on windows roof etc

But now you cant wash your rear window for the first 5 minutes? ? ?
