Three weeks ago we went to a well known chain of electrical shops looking for a laptop for SWMBO.

We found one we where happy with and went for it.
Its not been great to be honest, a few technical issues and also it keeps losing the wifi network. (no problem with any other of our 5 devices ever)

We bought the laptop, Windows office for life and the insurance with the technical back up phone line.


We made several calls but its still not right.

I plan to take the laptop back on Sunday and just ask for money back. I am right in assuming after just 3 weeks this should be no problem.
I would also want a refund on the tech back up that was not successful.

Assuming the Windows office license can be transferred to another machine I will keep this. But I'm not sure.
The salesperson recommended lifetime sub to office as if the laptop went wrong and the repair wiped office, its reinstatement would not be covered by the warranty!
