Electronic noise!

Hi can anyone help me please?
I have just got myself a 2007 C Class 204! I am very pleased with it (Happy Days)
When I get into the car the electric mirrors retract and there is a squeaky almost electrontic noise coming from the inside of the nearside front door, It only does it every 4-5 time. It is NOT coming from the mirror more like the door panel. Any ideas?

Fuel pump? no idea... if you have no problems dont worry about it. I hear lots of noises when i goto start my car!
