eletric window ml270 fault

Hi all
New member first post.
my driver side window will not go up or down, have removed panel
and everything looks ok eletric motor working etc any help appreciated.

You will need a new window switch pack, very common on those

thanks for reply,excuse my ignorance but switch on console seems to be making all the right noises and moves mechanism in door if this is switc you mean.

If the motor in the drivers door is moving when the switch is moved up and down, then the window regulator must be faulty
