email signature

Following on from recent threads, I need to get myself a proper email signature with my company logo etc (i use server-based email via my website hosters).

I have created a word document custom sized which will do quite nicely but when I try to use it as a "file" in windows live mail I can't - it tells me it must be a text file or html.

I was trying to do it all myself but have now almost given up.

Anyone got any suggestions? I dont even know what the pc wants me to do ??

I'm not at my home PC to try this out, but I wonder if when you save your Word document with your signature, you need to go to 'save as' then select html format.
So when you try to attach this to your email it's in the correct format.
