Hi all, new here so sorry for any mistakes etc. I bought an A180-D 2016 at the start of this month, and as i was driving home the EML and tyre pressure light came on with a null reading for the back left tyre. I was worried for the EML despite noticing no drop in power, engine lag or fuel issues so booked in for a garage who found a fault code for the o2 sensor (P0130), but said there had been a sensor fitted recently so isn’t convinced this is the case. They said it’s more likely to be an electrical issue, but as it’s under warranty it’s better to be 100% sure. I find this odd as the car passed MOT very recently (within 6 weeks ago). I’ve been recommended to an electrician to check if it is a software or wiring issue, but does anyone here have any advice? Currently sat here stressing my life away. Thank you :)

I dont think the EML will be related to your TPS fault. Seperate systems totally.

No such thing as an auto electrician. All good garages with the correct equipment should be able to diagnose all faults competantly. You are absolutely correct to question them. I would seek out an actual Mercedes Specialist who can help you, even if it means you travelling a bit further for them to look at it.
