Those high back chairs make it look like an old peoples' home..

Of course in Singapore you go above the speed limit (very low) they execute you or something similar.

Saw the title and thought you were fitting a khazi in yours :D

Plenty of room for all the junk that lives in my garage. I'd either have to get some curtains or wash the car more often.

Just what a crowded world, full of homeless people needs, flats for cars....

The ground space taken up by all these flats and garages is minimal compared to the equivalent houses with garages... Surely that's an answer to crowdedness, not a problem towards it.

Which would be true of any home? I don't see the risk any higher than a regular hi-rise building.

The many litres of flammable oil, hot engines, electrical shorts, gasoline, rubber

And on each floor...

Just like an oven door??

Oven doors are fitted with special tempered glass that is capable of withstanding 260C. Special heat resistant glass is available that can withstand 760C.

Both of the above would not withstand the heat from a car fire that can reach well over 1000C and as much as 1400C.

So to answer your question, no, not like an oven door!

So, an all round great idea then ...
