My W204 C320 cdi Eligance WE had been out good run along M18 when we came back stopped unloaded shopping re-started Amber check light came on so plugged my Icary in checked came up with
P133B00 The upper limit value of component B2/7 Right hot film mass air flow sensor has been exceeded.
so while parked up cleared code we only local came home put My Icarsoft MbII on did scan that came up with
133B00 Check component B2/6 Hot film mass air flow sensor.
So just had it serviced Son did it at his Garage he did fuel filter wich at top of engine when he did it he removed the air flow pipe across top away from turbo when I checked and I did say to check it he had folded the turbo seal and it had ripped ( and yes waiting for him to call in to have a clam word )
So question can this be caused by ripped seal and do they jus need cleaning or do they need replacing

cheers

So Update on problem With this code P133B00 Air mass sensor bank 1 drift compensation B2/7 Right film mass air flow sensor has been exceeded.
Pic of what I believe is problem so took chamber off so this seal is what got damaged during service I have put original undamaged back on ordered new set.
so took the sensors out to clean and check nothing stood out after cleaning refit everything .
put my Icarsoft on it said one stored code Left not Right sensor so cleared codes checked again still there so took it to son garage no Engine check light
so they got a snapon system did deep scan it said left side he then cleared the system drove back home still no engine check light
So I believe the left side is passenger side
Allso anyone know of good place to get these from I have checked newcastle they on got one which different part number so googled found a company called Maf-shop and they got ones Call Lowe with 3 year warranty they say specialist in mercedes

AIUI these can only be sourced as part of the whole bat wing assembly - not cheap. Also others have had issues with the MAF sensors with cheap Chinese versions of the batwing .

Having fixed the seal and cleared the codes I would wait until you have a new EML.

By the looks of it you have the original PCV valve going by the seal (small orange seal next to the large orange seal) Worth replacing as the PCV valves degrade with age - the rubber diaphragm goes hard and breaks down allowing more oil into the turbo. The new ones have a better seal fixing which stops it being sucked into the turbo - a known fault. One like this ENGINE OIL SEPARATOR BREATHER VALVE FITS MERCEDES-BENZ S-CLASS W221 V6 CDI OM642 5056167400028 | eBay - though check carefully as there are variants. Takes around 10-15 minutes to change. Made mine run smoother once changed.

A couple of companys from Germany do advertise seperate sensors for around £70 but do agree seen some bat wings at around £550 plus
