Engine Diagnostic tool

I have been looking at buying and engine diagnostic tool and have been looking at the ICarsoft CR Plus

Has anyone got any views on this or used it?

I am sure posters will tell you that you need a Star diagnostic system tool to read and resetfaults, but it can also fault trace,I may be wrong but all you are buying with this is a OBE11 scanner it will read faults and it will rest some of them,but a OBD11 scanner I bought a few years ago that cost £10 has done that on VW,Citroen and Vauxhall cars they all have a OBD11 fitting to plug the diagnostic tool into,the biggest success I had was with the Citroen it traced a misfire to number 2 pot and it was a loose electrical connection ,if you cannot afford to buy a Star,and get the training to use it,best to use a independent merc garage who will have one.
