Going with the username i assume it's a C32 so based on this:-
DAS lists this as a "malfunction of exhaust gas recirculation (functional chain) and informs you to check component Y31/1 (EGR vacuum transducer) which i beleive is located at the rear left hand side of the engine.

Assuming its your fault its easy enough to remove, have a read on the yank forums mbworld and benzworld loads of info on egr pipe cleaning etc on there.
Item 35 is the pipe that blocks and it goes into the back of the inlet manifold, to remove you undo item 47x1 and item 59x2, bloody fiddly getting the pipe out, theres also a few vacuum hoses there as well.
Located back end of drivers side cyl head.
