engine swap vito

How hard would it be to swap the engine in my 115 vito for the 120 V6 cdi?
My vito is auto and so is the downer, a crashed 120.
engine and box mounts ecu,s harness, almost a complete front end.
Would the rad be the same, air box etc or would it be a mission?
What about the cluster, it is avalable but the dash is scrap with air bags.
My van is 2006
120 is 2008, ex police.

Hi ya, having looked at both its not going to be easy but anything is dooable, it all depends on how determined you are. Dont forget that the 120 has a particulate filter so you will need all the wiring loom exhaust, rads, air box, ecu,s, prop shaft think the engine is a different length, front springs?, like i said its a lot of work but sounds fun
