Engine swaps

I have a W210 E230 manual,I wouldn't mind a little more go. How easy is it to swap to a 230k engine or perhaps a M104 320?

quite a job i reckon, most challeging would be the ecu, as its got to manage boost control and afr's along with various other things,

Sell the E230 and buy a E320, job done.
