Engineering Menu on W176

I have a W176 that originally came with NTG 5.1 Audio 20, and later on I had NTG 5.1 Comand retrofitted by a specialist.
My question is related to the "engineering menu" and access to it.
When I had Audio 20, I could enter "engineering menu" by pressing "hang up + 1 + ".
The resulting screen looked like this:

However, this combination does not work on Command. I can only access the menu called "Dealer" using the combination "hang up + 7 + 9", which looks like this:

Does Comand have an engineering mode? And if so, how can someone access it? Is any activation required?

At least someone that could confirm that can access engineering menu on an ntg 5.1 comand, on w176, so that to verify that there is some restriction on mine ??

I had crossed in the past but now that I went through it again I realized that the ts describes the exact opposite problem. He/She can access engineering menu but not dealer.
Someone suggests that using vediamo someone can enable engineering menu. So it can actually be enabled / disabled, and for some reason is disabled in my case..

You can't access it with key presses.

I’ve a 65 plate W176 and you access the menu you’re talking about using the call hang up button, 1 (top left) and the # button (bottom right)

I’m now going to try the 7 & 9 combo

Should have read the OP better - that’s audio 20 and you’ve moved to COMAND

Can I ask how easy that was? I’m trying to sort apple carplay but it doesn’t look like the audio 20 supports this and I’d rather avoid an aftermarket device

I had activated CarPlay on my Audio 20 (it supports it) but I wanted to move to bigger screen and Comand. Not quite reasonable decision since I had already CarPlay.
