Electronic Stability Program = ESP

Unless you have a very powerful car, your rear tyres might be badly worn.

Put your foot down less hard.

The accelerator is not an on/off switch.

ESP will kick in a lot this time of year if you don't drive smoothly, as the roads are permanently damp and slippery.

Hi sorry it's not the esp it's the epc think it stands for engine power control

Aha.... this would probably be due to low rail pressure under full load.

Possible causes are leaking injector(s), or diesel oil leak around the filter or fuel pump etc.

Look under the car and in the engine bay for any obvious diesel oil leaks, then get it checked with STAR to read the fault codes and test the injectors.

Epc is electronic power control, usual it is the throttle position sensor, get a fault code read done on the car to confirm.

Thank you guys
