Hi There,

Took delivery of my EQS 450+ this week and couldn't be happier.

I have a question about the Mercedes Me app however. Specifically, departure times.

When plugged in charging at a house, on a standard home 3 pin wall socket, not a dedicated EV charger, I get tons of push notifications about 'Departure Time'.

Despite no departure time or calendar events set in the app, I continually get updates telling me the departure time has been updated.

Has anyone else experienced this?

My guess is that the power in the house fluctuates, causing changes to the time by which the car will be fully charged?

But I don't understand why I'm getting all of the notifications if I don't have a specific departure time or event set.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Ask Mercedes?

Could be an issue with the App. Report an issue/get support in the Mercedes Me app. I had a similar issue with my C300 giving regular but false "Alarm triggered" notifications. They took a couple of weeks then did something (probably updated their server logic) and the problem went away.
