fault in can communicatiom with electric selector lever module means

any info welcome

Have you checked TCU? For signs of oil on the wiring loom? It looks like conmunication error with the TCU

battery perfcct garage said i would have to replace gear shift unit after doing the diagnostics i had my doughts cleaned the tcu with cotton bud ihave a car again
