Error code p1605 curious

So just had this code come up...with the description..


P1605

"Can acceloration info for poor road recognition from ABS speed sensor"

Can any good fellow please decipher that for the none mechanically minded and tell me how to remedy it...many thanks guys

From what I can tell, not much....now I posted before about a problem with the auto gearbox sometimes not finding gear, but I thought that may be because the fluid needing changing, the ABS and ACS lights are on, brakes ok, acceloration ok,

When I start her up there's like a 'clunk' as if it's popping into gear, and like I say sometimes when driving she doesn't want to change up....but that's all I can detect???

I've booked her on for a fluid change on Tuesday just for peace of mind. But don't understand the error,

ABS sensor fault.

I would say there is a wheel speed sensor issue. You need to take drive with the diag equipment connected and look at all the 4 road speeds and see if there is one that is not the same or very similar to the others.

Cheers guys, I saw a guy saying that after he changed the brake light switch, I changed that first so I guess I'm going to have to find out which wheel it's is...

Haha...blackc55 bit of a problem, I don't have the scanner, it was a friend who just gave it a quick scan, and I doubt the grumpy get will give me more time..lol any other way of finding out which one it's is...?

Nope.

Well there is but you need an oscilloscope.

UPDATE

had the fluid changed and topped up, no difference, however I have now noticed there less power to the wheels
The abs and ACS lights sometimes go off!!
The D light is rarely on and just flickers..
All other lights seem ok but 1 seems to on permanently?

Confused.com and can't locate someone with a STAR near halifax
