ESP traction control problems E250

Can anyone help with an ongoing problem please? My wife has had her 2010 E250 since Dec and it has 3 months of warranty left. She says the ESP cuts in regularly, even in the dry, interrupting the smoothness of the drive and the performance. I wouldn't say she thrashes it but she is not a slow old lady! She also says sometimes pulling out from a junction is stutters, jerks and sometimes stalls. It went to the dealer about something else and I mentioned this but they said there was nothing wrong. Could this be a fault on the ESP or maybe the drive by wire throttle. My wife says she hates the car and wants rid of and totally lost faith in Mercedes. We used have a C class and had no problems. I've even thought of getting it remapped

Did she show you what it does? Can she demonstrate it to the dealer?

It's never done it when I've been in the car or driving it, which isn't that often. Would be very lucky if it did it with the dealer looking.

Yeah and that might be the problem. Booked it into the dealer to see if they can make anything of it
