ESS Not Working

When I search for ESS every link either doesnt work or the site informs me that maintenance is in progress, any help please

I think it’s been like that for a while. I suspect it may have been decommissioned….

Car is 2018 W205 C63 20700 miles
6 years old. Mega 3 year service due.
Dealer is saying
Spark plugs
Brake Fluid
Air filter
Sunroof
Essentially B6

But also due is ATF and Diff as they are every 3 years. Just struggling to get them to agree to these 2 additional items

Given that you mention “getting them to agree to it” then I assume your have a service care plan. Despite some service care plans mentioning, it the schedule is now disregarded, the service care team only approve what the cars says it needs when the car is plugged in.
