ET question for my 210

Hi everyone. Trying to get my head around wheel/tyr sizes as I want to change the wheels on my 210 320 cdi elegance. Current rims are 7.5J 5x112 R16s. Can I just buy any rims that show this size or do I have to worry about offset/ET too? If so, does anyone know the ET on my rims? And/or, is there a wbsite that will explain all this tyre/wheel/offset stuff to me?! Thanks!

Should not the current 16-in wheels on the E320 be 7½Jx16 H2 et 41 with a tyre of 215/55R16-93W ? (don't understand the 5x112 bit)

For 17-in then e.g.
Alloy 7½Jx17 H2 et 35 with tyre 235/45ZR17 all round (don't go above 235 on front)

All the wheel/tyre combinations are listed in your MB Technical Booklet.

The 5 x 112 is the pcd (stud pattern and measurement)
