It did arrive today, Mrs BTB says thank you as well!

Glad it got through in the end - Atleast it proves that DHL is working!

Since Thursday we have been sending all orders via DHL (even though it costs twice the price of YODEL at least we know its going through the network)

Once again, Thanks for your patience, and i hope your first order with ECP won't be your last!

Is this a genuine MB OEM part fitting MB C43 AMG or is it an aftermarket part?

Genuine MB parts come from a Mercedes dealer in a Mercedes box. All the rest is aftermarket, whether from an OE supplier or not

OE Quality Mercedes-Benz | Euro Car Parts UK

Hi Kowalski,

I do believe this part, is actually OEM (OEM in the respect it was made for Mercedes, and it comes in a Mercedes box)

I'll confirm with a picture on Monday, but looking at the part history it seems to be something that isn't yet available in the after market.

thanks for a quick reply.
I only like Lemfoerder or MB genuine stuff which are supposed to be Lemfoerder.
Corteco is ok too I guess?

Can anyone confirm that aftermarket bushings use the same stiffness as OEM bushings for AMG cars?

These arms rusts alot right, over the years they look mushy n rusty?
Is it better to replace the complete arm?

I'll wait until Monday for input regarding if those arms are MB genuine stuff.
thankx

thanks for the picture buddy.
it's great you also offer genuine mb parts. :thumb:

i'll have to check your site and find some other parts before ordering

Is there another promo on today? The MBCLUB codes don't seem to work..

If so - when will the promo end? Need to decide if to buy on ebay or from ECP.

Euro good sports

I am amazed at all the critics of Euro Parts,I see there vans going to most of the local car repairers and that includes Mercedes specialists mentioned in these pages, they are offering a discount if you order on line and have the choice of having it delivered or pick it up at the local store, the trouble with Mercedes owners is that many are shelled shocked as to how much it costs to run one of these beasts and seeing the money roll out of their accounts get a little nasty, and the snotty attitude of Mercedes dealers, and of course the prices charged does not help either, cut Euro Parts some slack they offer decent parts and often as good as the original,my local specialist would not use them if they were no good, and be thankful that a big company bothers to talk to us.

Yes, because Mercedes are well-known to be cheap to own and repair.

Hi There,

Currently we have an offer on our website, where all items have a discount of upto 50%, pre-applied to them online. During this time, club discounts are suspended (as the discount is already applied, and can therefore be MORE than 25%)

In case you find an item that has LESS than the club discount (25%) please feel free to drop us an email with the part numbers, and we will override the price, to match it.

This way, members with a club discount will always pay the club price (-25%) or less!

I hope that helps,

I rang in today and was told that ECP no longer offer mbclub discount.

Along the line of this thread (i know it's old) have generally had no problems with ECP helpful when I call quick delivery and good availability of parts. However I do find the prices inflated at times, for example its almost £10 cheaper per injector for my w124 coupe to order them from germany or as today a front sachs coil spring is 33£ at ECP but £25,98 from germany. I'm not saying this to be critical of ECP as I still use them from them from time to time but much less so than I have done previously as the same parts are often available cheaper elsewhere.

Cannot remember recently when there wasn't a sale on. However ECP cover that by matching the club discount if their sale discount is less.

What I would suggest is to check www.carparts4less.co.uk it's their sister site and it's prices at least match ECP after discount, if not beat them. They also have £5, £10 or £15 off dependent on spend

I would agree with that, carpartsforless prices without discount are essentially the same or slightly cheaper than ECP prices with the discount included. Shopping around pays I guess!

Their ebay store is often cheaper too. Very odd pricing structures indeed.

I was just about to post that!! That's usually the first cross reference I make when looking for a price followed by car parts for less and then bestpartstore. KMS on eBay are also good for w124 parts but they have some parts that are overpriced and other parts are cheap compared to competitors.

Having said all that despite shopping around I still can't find a front window motor for my w124 coupe for 6 months now so what do I know lol
