The Fixed Supercharger Pulley is a clearance fit , plus it is held on by the stock dow pins and factory bolt torque. The pulley is a very solid and strong part but easy to remove or change to a new size.


77mm = 180 crank size equivalent
80mm = 175 crank size equivalent
83mm (smaller sc pulley) = 168 crank equivalent
89mm = stock sc pulley size

Cheeky thread bump but with a difference

So far members with 55K's on MBClub have jumped on the Headers, Heat Exchangers, ECU & TCU remaps but not one fixed supercharger pulley

1st MBClub member with a 55K to post "I want a fixed supercharger pulley" gets it free of charge.

There is a catch though, no selling it in the classifieds, eBay etc. You have to fit it and feedback your experience on the forum.

anyone got any feedback on how the TCU tune drives in traffic? I would appreciate some faster shifting when pressing on but not if it makes city driving a real pain...

would the eurocharged ECU map I just got need adjusting as well to go with new TCU map?

damn it, I must stop modding stuff I only just got the car!

Hi Dave, i had already paid for a full custom made stainless system from a friend of mine who is a stainless steel fabricator, had to ask him first if i should buy the headers as he was going to make them, he is quite busy so it seamed a good idea as the making of the headers would take a good couple of days.

Anyway we have another project we need to spend time on now
