Excellent service from ECP

Reserved a battery online this morning to pick up from my local branch. Within 5 mins of placing my reservation I received a call on my mobile to confirm that they have picked the battery off the shelf and it's all ready,reserved and awaiting my collection. Brilliant service, very happy.....oh, and the MB Club discount came in very hand too ;)
 
I did the same and received the same service. I even got two calls. One straight away and another half way between reserving and collecting. Very good service and great price with the discount.

Even cheaper than Costco. Not least because I didn't walk out with 48 croissants, 6 pints of milk, 300 sausage rolls, drill bit set, vacuum cleaner, and a hot tub.
 
Same here, got one for the CLk and it was only £43!!! Always had good experiences there, only one negative was a really rude salesman once but he didn't seem to last in my local branch for long!
 
It really does make the world of difference to get good customer service, helpful staff and to top it off a good price. Big gold star for ECP
