I changed the battery in my car yestarday and was feeling very pleased with myself after resetting the BAS as everything was working, then realised that I had forgotten to get the radio code 
I phoned Mercedes customer service today at 9.45am and was told "thats no problem sir just fax us the V5 and your driver licence" I did this and got a call back by 10.15am with my radio code.
I am very pleased as I was expecting it to be a right pain.
