Exhaust Blues E220 Cabriolet

Hi, I have a 1996 N reg E220 Cabriolet, recently my exhaust back box went, I wanted to replace with an OEM back box but I was surprised when Derwent Bradford told me they are no longer in stock, and Mercedes Germany are also out of stocj and they do not know how long it will take to get one. I regretfully opted for a stainless steel back box which I am quite frankly disappointed with, now my centre exhaust section where the cats are have started to rattle. I have been to a couple of exhaust specialists in Bradford both of whom can not find the correct exhaust bits to fit? I tried Kwik fit who said this is a dealer only part and also Alba Tyre & Exhaust who said Bosal make a replacement part for this car, but when they tried to fit it , it was completely wrong. Can anyone help?
