hi guys im wondering if anyone can help. garage had my e350 for a week now and its going into limp.mode. had most sensors changed and they showed me that theres a problem with back pressure. all in the green.when idling but when you rev it the readings go in the red. any ideas what it could be. many thanks
 
Post up your chassis no so folks know exactly which model they are dealing with. Has the exhaust been modfied in any way?

no modifications at all. dpf been cleaned about 3 times.

The internal stucture of the DPF may have collapsed after being repeatedly cleaned partially blocking it? It may be that replacement is the only option now. Depending on the age of the car it should have a differential pressure sensor with 2 tubes attached at the inlet and outlet side of the DPF to measure the pressure drop across the DPF to check if its choked. Its what can put on the engine warning light and if its faulty it might prevent the engine from revving? Have you checked the fault codes?
