Exhaust rattle?

I think the exhaust on my E220TE is on it's way out, it's started rattling How much will it cost to replace the exhaust? Are there any stainless steel options for less money than a OEM item?

I paid £220 for a full system for a 200T (normal steel). As for stainless steel.............try www.bosal.com.

It's probably the Cat rattleing. Hmmm..how much?

Just found out it IS the cat rattling and as for how much £810! Any other options? I have welding gear can they be welded or plated?

When the CAT rattles on a 124, its usually just the outer heat shield thats gone. Most people without bulging wallets just remove the heatshield and hey presto, rattle gone.
