Exhaust rattle!

Hello people< im haveing abit of a crisis with my exhaust on my s 320, 99'plate, on occasion it will rattle, and i can feel it directly under the drivers seat and to the left, when i lifted the car i could see a water like fluid dripping out of the exhaust where the manifold leaves the engine bay,although i cant see where it is directly comming from, im not loosing fluid from the cars supply and it dosnt affect performance, any idears? ( i would take it to my local mechanic but he thinks that people with mercedes should be charged doubble to normal cars)

Possible heat shield come adrift from the under floor, and the water is possibly from the air con. . . condensing.

Hi,
As bouncer says check the heat shield/s for security but if the noise is coming from within the exhaust system itself, it could be one of your lower CATS is broken.
