Exhaust Tip Chrome Cover Trims for 2016 GLC Sport

Good morning
Following some studied stupidity on my part, I am in need of some information that I hope the forum can help with, this prior to my laying out a fair wedge of cash I suspect, in getting things fixed.

I am needing to replace the component on which the Exhaust cover trim is mounted
It is the left-hand side (near side) of the car
I am unable to ascertain whether this is a separate part or a component part of the larger lower section of the bumper

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for my tardiness, Getting me, phone, car, light levels all right and all in the same place at the same time was not as easy as I thought it would be. Anyway, the answer is yes, attached.

Its the black section, with the slots in it, inside the chrome wrap
I have the horrible feeling that it is all one piece, all the way across the car but, can't find a decent exploded diagram

The reflective strip was pinged out like a stone from a catapult, but, I've have one winging it's way to me as we speak . . .good old eBay

I have the chrome trim, safe, secure and undamaged, its that piece it hangs off that's the issue
I'll jump back onto eBay, see if I can find a part number or description for it.
Be warned, you might have me coming back for even more help
