Rubbing passed the pain barrier pal my wrist has not had a battering like that in years  but we'll worth the effort
Just need some elbow grease and wrist lubricant to relelase the knuckle grip:p
Relax and breath or pant :D
Cheers it's been fun:rolleyes:

If its really caked on use a green scourer and autosol brings it up like new

...wire wool and WD40 works very well...

Spontex soap pads from Tesco work well if they are caked in dirt. And then wax them to stop anything binding.

Here how I clean my exhaust tips and it is super easy.
What you need a t15 hexagon screw bit to remove exhaust tips
Oven cleaner (please wear gloves this stuff burns please also wear safety googles).
Spray on leave 10 minutes keep applying I stood the exhaust tips up in a old washing up bowl.
I recommend doing this out side as the smell is really strong.
1 tooth brush to rub the stubborn bits.
Rinse with warm water.
Then I used a mild metal polish in this case I used Meguiars nxt it has anti corrosive protection.
All in all this took me around 30 minutes from taking the tips off to returning the tips.

Hope you think its worth it.

^ That is a good job:thumb:

Don't think my tips are removable so its down on the hands and knees with the brasso/anusol/wire wool for me.

As David above, I meant Autosol. Not sure where anusol came into my mind:dk:
