There is a genuine photo of an E55 that somebody decided to affix triple tailpipes each side. It looked a joke.

I believe it is a photoshopped version. The sunlight reflection gives it away.
On a side note, Brabus offered a sextuple exhaust upgrade for 55 AMG back in the day. Many people say it looks a joke but there's a reason behind the design. AMG tailpipes have always been oval. Brabus - not only round but of a smaller diameter to AMG too. What do you do when you have a wider cutout made for wider oval tail pipes? You fit an extra one to fill in the void. Or you change the rear bumper. Since this was an optional upgrade for 55 AMG owners who wanted a better sounding exhaust, Brabus came up with a solution.
