Hi all,

Just wondered how much I should expect to pay for an A Service for a W203 C320? This is from a Specialist and not main dealer.

Cheers,
Steve

8 litres of Oil, a filter and check everything! You could go to Kwik fit where there were doing a lubrication service with Mobil 1 for £50! (less than the cost of the oil). They then will try to sell you a higher service but when you decline they will get out the service sheet and proceed to check everything on the car in order to try to recoup the cost of the Oil. I have serviced a picanto twice using this ruse. If you know that your tyres, brakes, aircon and exhaust are all ok, then it'll have cost you £50 for Mobil1. Just a thought.

thats exactly what i did last year! managed to get them to use MB oil filter i gave them! then changed other filters myself. worth noting however that MB now doing fixed price service for older MB's(the w203 now included) from memory its about £150 for A or B service,so worth checking out, just beware of the usual ''oh it needs this, that and the other doing too!''
