Extending the warranty on my c63

Hello,

I have a 2011 c63 with 27k and the warranty runs out at the end of this month.

Does anybody have an idea on the cost of extending the warranty with Mercedes? Or what the best options are.

Also, are they reliable? Has anyone had any problems with theirs?

I have only had mine 8 months!

I think its basically the same company that does the BMW Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited so for a fully comp with £100 excess I would think around £100 per month maybe less, give them a call https://www.mercedes-benzwarranty.co.uk/

You normally don't have problems with claims

Get the extended warranty BEFORE it runs out! I bought a used c63 from a Mercedes dealer in Sept and it comes with 1 year warranty but he said definitely renew before the year otherwise you have to pay extra.

Assuming mine a is Tier 1 warranty, I didn't pay any excess on the last claim for bushes.

Ok thanks for that guys. Warranty is a big thing for me. I was expecting a year extra would be 2-3k! I'll give them a call Monday
