I bet this questions been adked before but how easy would the facelift bluetooth eclass sterio fit in the prefacelift w211 e55? Thanks in advance

Right, the question has been asked before. If you look at the previous discussions, the first question back would be: "which head unit do you have now?".

I have the tape deck one with Basic sat nav

Sounds like the NTG1, Audio 50 APS head unit.
This isn't the most simple case. You have the AGW unit in the trunk and all speaker wiring comes from that unit (since it is the amplifier too).
If it is an NTG2.5 COMAND that you are after (this was not present since the introduction of the facelift but from some 07/2008 or so onwards).
Many forum members have done it but you would need a wiring harness from the front to the back (kabeldaviko or comandonline) and some other changes. The radio antenna amplifier is not exactly compatible and the hands free microphone neither.

Damn quites a bit of work then? The strio i have just looks old haveing a tape deck, pluss bluetooth is a must
