Amazing deal for a £75k car.

This is much lower than anything I'd seen before which was always around the £800 mark - not that it's really affordable but its much more in the same universe as the 2 year ownership cost of my much humbler version. Is this just trying to clear pre facelift versions or for 2013 cars?
