Facia for a 2003 W209 CLK

Hi all.
Thanks for reading. I I have searched high and low for a facia for a CLK equipped with SAt Nav. Even Car Audio Direct seems to be confused.

Does anyone know what the facia required is, and also do i need an ISP adaptor?

Here is a pic of the current setup...without HK or Bose.

Fascia adapter is the same whether it has comand or not. Same as prefacelift W203.
