Fake AMG badge on my S320 Cdi

I have a AMG badge on myS320 Cdi, how does one remove it without damaging the paint work.

Spray with WD40 , this starts dissolving the glue , have a cup of tea , reboil kettle and pour over and the badges can or almost fall off so no need for fishing line or a hairdryer .

Hairdryer to soften the adhesive and a length of fishing line or dental floss pulled up and down behind the badge will remove it.

A spot of WD40/ petrol on a cloth to remove excess sticky stuff and polish and wax to finish.

No, I do no like being pretentious, I have seen a few Mercedes without badge on the boot, totally clean, and I thank and bless you all for your helpful suggestions, Amen
