I have a AMG badge on myS320 Cdi, how does one remove it without damaging the paint work.

Hairdryer to soften the adhesive and a length of fishing line or dental floss pulled up and down behind the badge will remove it.

A spot of WD40/ petrol on a cloth to remove excess sticky stuff and polish and wax to finish.

Edit...Gaz beat me and doesn't use the line.o_O

I used dental floss just slides in the back of the badge no problem

It's fun being a poser. ;)
Don't you like the AMG badge on your boot?

Saw my old S320 yesterday and that had a added AMG badge on the boot, very sad.

No, I do no like being pretentious, I have seen a few Mercedes without badge on the boot, totally clean, and I thank and bless you all for your helpful suggestions, Amen

Same here I have always debadged mine on the boot

Badge will or could annoy some people?

Could be worse; it could be an 'Affalterbach Special Edition' badge.
