Is it a diesel and if so is it just continuing a partially started dpf regen when you stop? My Audi does this now and again.
If not, I guess it’s a faulty thermostat which is making the car think that the fans need to continue running to cool down. Unless the car really is running too hot. What does the temp gauge show? Normal? I think you probably need to take it to a garage if it’s not a dpf regeneration.
