That lumpy bodykit does nothing to enhance the sleek good looks of an XJ-S. And oh those wheels !

Despite being a child of the 1970's and with controversial looks when launched, the XJ-S's styling has stood the test of time well and they really are starting to look better with age in standard guise:

What I love about the XJRS is that if you open the boot with the radio on , you snap the aerial off as it comes up through the spoiler !

I really like the XJS , there'd be a concours one in my lottery garage for sure.

Part of me still wishes I'd bought a new Eventer when I had the opportunity at a London Motor Show (it was a while ago!!).

Pub car park near Heathfield (The 3 Tuns), 2 Eventers parked side by side - his and hers, a couple resident in that village, amazing!

My Father was big into Jags but from what I can remember him saying about the XJR/S was that it was a Jag built sport model and not the TWR built car the seller claims.

Cant say for sure its true, but from memory the TWR cars had TWR stamped on the wheels, Body Kit, Badges, Service wallet and so on, so is the one for sale just a std XJRS and not all that Special as he suggests?..............
