Fault code 2011 E350 CDI Coupe

Hi guys
Had this code appear whilst driving the other day , would appreciate your advice on the cause & rectification !
The code was P2453 DPF PRESSURE SENSOR A OUT OF RANGE
Want to get it sorted before any further problems arise

well, check pressure sensor connections are solid, holes open to DPF. If you can read live data, see what pressure reading is at engine shut, idle, and higher revs.

Exactly what mersum1es says! If you can check live data it will tell you if there's a problem with the two rubber pipes or the DPF itself. It could be a faulty sensor giving incorrect readings.

Thanks for your help on this …….can you tell me where the pressure sensor is located on this model & then I can begin to check it ?

It will look like this and have two rubber pipes coming up from the exhaust to it

There’s a few videos on these on YouTube, it’s on the bulkhead on the right of the engine, viewed from the driver’s seat.
