Fault code

My Engine Light has been lit a few times in last couple of weeks.
it seems to correct itself after a few days without me doing anything (the car operates ok)
Anyway..Today I connected my code reader and found this....

Stored Error's

P2029-001 Engine RPM Implausible

P200A-001 Throttle Valve Potentiometer : Bases Initialisation

1. Check Signal from actual value potentiometer 1
2. Check Signal from actual value potentiometer 2
3. Check voltage supply (1 + 2)

P2041-001 ME Control Unit, EEPROM-Error (P0605)

P2035-001 N3/10 (ME Control Unit) , Error. (P0221)

Single Diagnosis completed !

I also reset the error.

Any information on whats going on?
(Car is W203 2003 C180)

Might be worth giving the throttle body a clean with carb cleaner and a toothbrush.
Done this on a few of the wifes old cars e36, new shape mini.
