Folks
On Saturday I decided to wait in the car park and read a paper whilst my wife and daughter did a spot of wallet surgery for me.
So I jump out the car and buy a news paper. Returning to my car I see & hear the alarm going off. I then see that the chrome strip on the drivers door is lying on the ground.
Chuffed I am not. I then discover that somebody has hit my car (rubbing marks along the bump strip and chrome trim) No obvious dent.
My problem now is that all the clips are busted and will require replacement to allow me to re-fit my chrome strip.
Does anybody what holds the larger soft bump strip to the door? And do I need to remove that strip to replace the clips?
Regards
Bruce
