After recently becoming a single father to a French Mastif puppy, the CL500 simply isn't practical enough for those trips out with her so with regret I am going to have to look into selling her for an estate or 4x4 but thought i'd try and sell privately before taking a hit at a dealer...
I have only had the car for 4 months and have put on 2000 miles since taking ownership.
Details are:
2003 '03' reg Mercedes CL500 (5.0 V8) in metallic silver - 62k (rising slightly as being used) and FSH
Dark grey/blue leather interior with heated electric memory seats and stitched leather dashboard.
All the usual CL luxuries -
double glazing
WORKING keyless go (and both other keys present)
6 CD changer
CD-Rom sat nav (widescreen) with AUX input in glove box
cruise control
rear roller blind
self-levelling adjustable suspension
working soft close doors and boot
glass sunroof
front and rear visual parking sensors
18x8 and 18x9 alloy wheels with plenty of tread (at least 6mm on each corner)
full trip computer
traction control
ABC sports setting for suspension
folding rear headrests
tinted windows
ventilated centre console
auto levelling xenon auto headlights
auto rain sensor wipers
full size spare with full tread
air compressor and complete tool kit
probably more bits ive forgotten to list as this car offers a lot for the money!
Engine is sweet sounding with no rattles or issues, oil is nice and clean.
No blowing from exhaust
Bodywork is 99% spot on, only a small blemish on the bonnet the size of a 5p coin and a few of the usual stone chips
Lowering suspension links can be left in, but I can also put in the standard ones if needed.
Private reg will not be included.
Over £100,000 new - now, just 8 years on £12,500 - no part-ex, sorry.
