Hi folks,

Just wanted to see if anyonehere has been to Ferrari World? Experiences of planning and visiting would be much appreciated.

Not worth a visit imho. Massive disappointment and hugely over priced. Rollercoaster is fantastic though. As is the circuit at yas island, I had one of the best nights out of my life in the bar overlooking the track ;

I went there in July. The place was quiet because it wasn't peak season for them. There were a couple of good rides and several historical Ferraris on display.

Not being a great Ferrari fan it was about what I expected i.e. not amazing, just something to do while visiting UAE.

I was there in November 2009 for the GP. Ferrari World wasn't yet finished, but as a structure it did look impressive.

I'd go to watch the GP again and see FW as a bonus, but not the main event.

Building looks fantastic from the outside.

Need to decide how important it is for you to see inside.

IIRC we were about £90 each in april

it looked ok on the fifth gear episode i saw

but it was the f1 ride they were mainly looking at

not too many old f1 cars their as ferrari used to chop up their f1 cars so they would nit fall into the wrong hands and loose their secrets
