Fibreglass Repair

Hope someone can help me with this, I have to repair our fertiliser spreader as the hopper (plastic) has split top to bottom and I think wrapping it in fibreglass sheet will do the job but i'll need a couple of metres of sheet and you can't get that from your local car parts store at a sensible price. Any suggestions where I might be able to pick up some?

Anywhere that sells automotive paint will sell fibre glass matting..

We used lots on my widebody and the stuff is very strong!
